Hello! I am Satyajit Karandikar, currently pursuing my PhD in Organic Chemistry at University of Sassari, Italy under Marie-Curie funded PhD program. I completed my Masters in Chemical Process Research & Development from The University of Liverpool, UK in 2004. And I completed my BSc. in Chemistry & Industrial Chemistry from University of Mumbai, India in 2002.
Priorly, I have worked as R & D Chemist at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals India, as Senior Technician at Reading Scientific Services Ltd., UK, and undertaken my Student placement at AstraZeneca R & D, UK.
One of my fantastic experience was working in my family-owned chemical business (Manufacturers of Modified Starches) looking after developing of a new product, developing customers in Europe, costing, pricing, and supervising of complete documentation required for an export of the product.
